Dr. Mohamed Omran, the Head of the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) issued decree No. (1177) on 18/10/2020 to cooperate with Dr. Heba Shahein the Head of ERRADA, under the Prime Minister and supervised by the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development for better regulations and simplification of procedures for supporting the business climate in Egypt.  The decree stresses coordination and cooperation between both authorities. This decision also entails conducting an impact assessment for the regulation and legislations: Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA).
