Based on the keenness of ERRADA to develop the skills of it’s team, ERRADA organized a three-day training in cooperation with the #TAEIX #the European Union Technical Assistance and Information Exchange which is the instrument of the European Commission specialized in supporting public administrations within the framework of the enforcement of EU legislation During which Ms. Jasminka Baric, Head of the Business Services Improvement Sector of the Ministry of Economy of Croatia, addressed the following points: 1. Presentation of the Croatian experience in legislative reform 2. Conducting RIA and legislative impact assessment studies of important laws and legislation affecting the business climate in Croatia. 3. The importance of simplifying procedures in reducing the administrative burden, encouraging investment and attracting more domestic and foreign investment. 4. A presentation on the most important criteria for the studies to evaluate the legislative impact and reach the simplification of procedures related to investment. 5. Highlight the most important lessons learned from Croatia’s experience to benefit from them in Egypt and apply them to the business climate 6. Presenting the most important strategies for simplifying procedures and reducing the administrative burden in Croatia and how to benefit from them in Egypt. 7. Sustainability mechanisms in simplifying procedures. 8. The importance of digitization (digital transformation) and the most important applications that have been used in Croatia starting from 2020 to date and how to benefit from them and apply them in Egypt. 9. Presentation of the OECD report on legislative reform in Croatia and the possibility of benefiting from this report. 10. Future steps in the field of simplifying procedures in Croatia and how to benefit from them in Egypt.
