The Egyptian regulatory reform and development activity with the cooperation of the Equal Access and Simplified Environment for Investment (EASE) Project in Egypt (WB project) had held a consultation session regarding the industrial developer, the main aim of the consultation session was to improve the process for the industrial developer, and to find a way to resolve the sacristy of industrial land that is ready for industrial development creating more consistency and efficiency in the process.

By engaging in conversations with stakeholders, accordingly, a conclusion was made with mainly the problems facing the industrial developers in Egypt.
