The discussion included two important topics:
1- Simplifying procedures and obstacles to merger and acquisition articles according to Competition Law No. 3 of 2005 and its recent amendments issued under Law No. 175 of 2022 and the practical problems that follow those amendments, including how to regularize the status of companies under the amended law.
2- Procedures for obtaining a golden license and the obstacles facing companies that obtain it.
The attendees enriched the dialogue with their interventions, and Erada always seeks to communicate with specialists in various fields to discuss the impact of the practical aspects of various legislations.
